We Care Bags
What are "We Care" Bags?
We Care Bags are small gift bags filled with useful and fun items that we give to our seniors and disabled veterans to brighten their day or celebrate special occasions like birthdays and holidays. Generous contributors like you provide both the bags and the items that go in them.
Our community of volunteer delivery drivers bring these gift bags along with meals to show our San Diego seniors that “We Care.” Often coupled with personal notes from the individuals who created the packages, it is a sure way to brighten someone’s day.
If you would like to donate items without putting them in We Care Bags, please contact us in advance to see if we need the items.
We also accept hand-written cards for our seniors. If these cards are in envelopes, please do NOT seal. Please drop them off or mail them to any San Diego County service centers.*
*Please exclude religious and/or political material or messages.
